The Path to Peace
FREDERICK, MD - Shirlene Roberts is a woman of profound faith and vision. Driven by her deep devotion to Christ, she dedicates her life to uplifting others with daily encouragement. As a committed educator and now a published author, she serves her local church and community with joy. Despite the heartbreaking and abrupt passing of her beloved husband, she has emerged with strength from the shadows of widowhood. While her world is forever altered, she stands as a witness that life continues and hope remains. "Though he slay me, yet will I trust him" Job 15:13
Though he slay me, yet will I trust him" Job 15:13
"When I look at all the seasons that take place on the earth, they are reflective of all of the seasons we go through in our lives. We have a winter, spring, summer and fall. Everybody loves spring when things are blossoming and growing. Everyone looks forward to summer when everything is bright and cheery and restful. Some folks even enjoy fall when the colors are changing. But it's hard to find someone who loves the winter months. My faith is rooted in knowing that even while it has been a cold winter in my life, spring is still coming. We can trust God even when we are at the crossroads in life trying to figure out is this God or is this the enemy I am facing? God is worth the wait! Have the faith of Job in spite of your condition. Resolve in your heart that "Though he slay me, yet I will trust him."

Shirlene has three daughters and six grandchildren and lives a full an active life.
